Subprocessors

Updated 18 August 2026. Changes to this list are announced at least 30 days in advance to clients with a data processing agreement. Part of our Trust Center. This is a translation of the Dutch original, which is binding.

These are the suppliers we use that may process personal data in doing so. The list is deliberately short: nothing is added here without data processing agreements with that supplier.

Cloudflare

What: hosting of the website, database for form submissions, email routing and cookieless visitor statistics.
Data: what you fill in on our forms (name, company, email, phone, your description) and email to our addresses.
Where: US company with EU data centres; transfers under Cloudflare's standard data processing terms.

Resend

What: sending our email, such as the confirmation after a sign-up.
Data: name and email address of the recipient and the content of the message.
Where: US; transfers under Resend's standard data processing terms.

Google (Analytics)

What: measurement of campaigns and advertising on the site. Loads only after you give consent through the cookie notice; without consent, nothing from Google is loaded.
Data: usage data of the site, with cookies.
Where: Google Ireland (EU); transfers to the US possible.

What is not a subprocessor

The software we work in for a client — their accounting package (such as Moneybird, Exact Online or e-Boekhouden), their mailbox, their calendar — is the client's own supplier. We work inside it, under the client's account and the client's agreements.

AI tools

At the moment there are no AI tools on this list. If we use them for client work, it will only be with a data processing agreement with that supplier, without client data being used to train models — and after announcement through this list.
