You're a builder in the Netherlands — from abroad, or simply working in English. The work is good; everything around it is Dutch: quotes, invoices, VAT lines, clients' emails, payment reminders. We run that back office for you — in English with you, in proper Dutch with your clients and suppliers.

Clients call and email in Dutch. Answering takes you three times the effort, so it waits — and waiting is how good clients quietly leave.
How it works
Exactly like for our Dutch clients — with one difference: the language line runs through us. You message us in English; your client hears from you in proper Dutch.
- You send a WhatsApp in English — a photo of a receipt, a note about extra work, a question from a client.
- We handle the Dutch side: the receipt into your books, a tidy extra-work confirmation to your client, the appointment in your calendar, the payment reminder on time.
- Anything that needs your judgement comes back to you in English — short and clear, so you can decide from the scaffolding.
What we don't do
We're not tax advisers, lawyers or an immigration desk. VAT filings and tax stay with your bookkeeper or accountant — we make sure they get everything on time and complete. Permits, visas and legal disputes: we'll tell you honestly that you need someone else, and we'll say so straight away in the intro call.
What it costs
The same fixed monthly packages as for every client, from €295 per month — no setup fees, cancel monthly. See the pricing on our main page. In the intro call we'll tell you straight away which package fits, and if it doesn't fit your business, we'll simply say so.
